Cancellation / Late Arrival Policy
Debby Stanley is committed to providing her clients with exceptional service. Besides setting a block of time just for you, part of providing a great service is preparing for your arrival so that you have the best experience. Also, when a client cancels without giving sufficient notice, this leaves an open time slot which could be filled with another client.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must notify Debby and receive confirmation of the cancellation 24 hours BEFORE your appointment.
If you cancel your appointment after the 24 hours window or did not keep your appointment, you will be given an invoice to pay the full amount of your scheduled service if the time slot cannot be filled by another paying client. Payment is due prior to scheduling your next appointment.
Late arrival policy:
Debby Stanley is committed to giving you the full scheduled time of your service. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment, Debby may not be able to honor the full time you scheduled. You may only receive the remainder time of your appointment.
