Private yoga lessons are recommended for those who want to reach their goals through individual attention. Personalized instruction allows you to customize your yoga practice to build a foundation of safe habits for sustaining a long and rewarding practice. No two bodies are the same and not all yoga poses are appropriate for your body. Debby will assist you and provide a setting where you can practice at your own pace and level.
Those who are new to yoga poses will benefit from the one-on-one instruction which will teach you the basic building blocks of a posture. If you are an experienced yogi, Debby will help you progress in your practice and achieve your personal goals.

$80 semi-private - two people share in a session
Group yoga classes are for those who want a small group setting where they can share their yoga practice with others, receive lots of hands-on assist from Debby and practice in a peaceful, clean and comfortable environment dedicated for yoga. These are great alternatives to large group classes at a local studio and/or to supplement private instruction from Debby.
