Cancellation / Late Arrival Policy

Cancellation policy:

Debby Stanley is committed to providing her clients with exceptional service. Besides setting a block of time just for you, part of providing a great service is preparing for your arrival so that you have the best experience. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, this leaves an open time slot which could be filled with another client.

If you scheduled your appointment in advance and need to cancel your future appointment, you must notify Debby and receive confirmation of the cancellation 24 hours before your appointment. For example, if your appointment is 9:00am Saturday, you must confirm your cancellation by 9:00am Friday (day before) by text or email. Confirm meaning you will receive a written reply from Debby via email or text. Leaving a voicemail does not constituent confirmation of cancellation. If you scheduled your appointment the day of or within the 24 hour time period, your appointment is considered to be confirmed at the time and the cancellation policy applies.

If you cancel your appointment after the 24 hours window, you will be charged the amount of your scheduled service. If you are a no-show, this is implied as a last-minute cancellation and the cancellation policy applies. You will be invoiced for your scheduled appointment. Payment is due before scheduling your next appointment.

Late arrival policy:

Debby Stanley is committed to giving you the full scheduled time of your service and will plan her time accordingly. For example; each private yoga lesson is 60 minutes in duration. If you arrive 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment, Debby may not be able to honor the full 60 minutes and can only give you the remainder time of your appointment. For example; if your appointment is from 10:00am to 11:00am and you arrive 10:15, your service could end at 11:00. Debby will do her best to provide you with the full 60 minutes.
